Exams are upon us. All our years of training now depend on the outcome of a single test.
Of course, the truth is that the life ahead of us is made up of test after test, most of which have unfair rules and failure at any time can be fatal. Final exams are rarely fatal.
But they often feel like they could be.
We wait, fumbling our quills, nervously shuffling our notes. We wait to be called to our narrow window of opportunity to prove ourselves to our examiners.
The fact we are here today is a testament to our endurance. We’ve done the homework, done the projects, done the practical lab work.
And still, it all comes down to this.
And it is time to not screw it up.
